Newcastle Building Society is seeking a Customer Adviser in our local branch to engage with customers daily, listen to financial needs and help them achieve their goals. You will handle till duties, process transactions, and assist with savings accounts, while collaborating with colleagues to deliver excellent service.

The role emphasizes face-to-face support, teamwork, and a friendly, welcoming environment. Training is provided, with a focus on growth within our mutual society.
