Newcastle Building Society is seeking a Customer Adviser on a 28-hour week contract to join our friendly branch team. You will welcome customers, process transactions, open savings accounts, and help with inquiries, delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Qualifications

• Great with people and building relationships with customers.

Responsibilities

• Open and set up tills at the start of the day.
• Process customer transactions at the counter and assist with savings accounts.
• Support cashing up and end-of-day procedures, plus customer-focused service throughout.
