Job summary

Nuffield Health Glasgow is seeking a Client Services Administrator to join our reception team. You will greet visitors, manage the reception flow and support client journeys with excellent service and attention to detail.

You will handle client enquiries, appointments and bookings, collaborate with colleagues across departments, and contribute to KPI achievements while maintaining professional, friendly interactions on-site.

Qualifications

• Experienced in a customer service focused environment with excellent communication skills.
• Excellent IT skills with proven knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and Word.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet all visitors, ensuring the smooth running of the reception and prioritising client journeys.
• Handle client enquiries, appointments and bookings with high attention to detail.
• Work closely with all departments to ensure consistent, professional delivery of services as a team.
• Tour prospective clients around the facilities.
• Complete monthly KPIs.
