Job summary

Northcare Scotland is seeking a Weekend Receptionist at our Glasgow home. You will handle calls, greet visitors, and assist with enquiry forms while supporting the Home Manager and nursing team.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year in reception/administration, strong English communication, and the ability to work weekend shifts; PVG checks and references may be required.

Qualifications

• 1 year reception/administration experience preferred.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Valid work permit.
• Ability to work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Answering calls and taking messages for the Home Manager & Nursing Team.
• Showing potential clients around the Care Home and completing enquiry forms.
• Completing administrative tasks left by Front of House Manager.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Answering calls and taking messages for the Home Manager & Nursing Team
• Showing potential clients around the Care Home and completing enquiry forms
• Completing administrative tasks left by Front of House Manager

Ideal Candidate:

• Must have a good command of written and spoken English and a valid work permit
• Ability to communicate with the elderly
• Ability to work set hours on weekends
• 1 years reception experience preferred not essential
• Immediate start (subject to PVG check and 2 successful references)
