Job summary

Nationwide in Coalville, Leicestershire, is seeking a part-time Customer Representative to join our branch team. You’ll support customers in person, over the phone and online, handling everyday transactions and queries with care and accuracy.

You’ll guide customers toward suitable banking products and digital tools, ensuring fair, clear guidance and a positive experience. This role is permanent, 24 hours per week, with a pro-rata salary and opportunities for training and development.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers across channels.
• Comfort with using digital tools and banking platforms.
