Job summary

Nationwide in Stroud is seeking a Customer Representative for a 12-month Fixed Term Contract, part-time 28 hours per week, Monday to Friday. You will welcome customers, handle transactions, and guide them through banking products to help manage their money with confidence.

• You’ll be a key part of the branch team, supporting customers in person, over the phone and online.

• Handle a range of transactions and queries accurately, keeping customer needs, security and fairness front of mind.
• Guide customers through banking products and services that are right for them, helping them manage their money with confidence.
• Work closely with colleagues in a busy branch environment to deliver excellent customer service.
