Nationwide is recruiting a Customer Representative for our East Grinstead branch. You will welcome customers in person, over the phone and online, handling everyday banking tasks and guiding customers to digital tools and services with care.

This 12-month fixed-term role is part-time (28 hours/week, Mon–Sat) with pro rata salary. You’ll work in a branch with specific closure days and a focus on delivering exceptional service to our local customers.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in customer service is beneficial.
• Ability to explain banking products and services to customers.
• Comfortable using banking technology and digital tools.

• Welcome customers into the branch and understand their needs to offer friendly help with their banking.
• Handle a range of transactions and queries accurately, prioritising security and fairness.
• Guide customers to banking products and services that fit their needs and help them manage their money with confidence.
• Collaborate with colleagues in a busy branch to deliver excellent customer service, even at peak times.
• Follow processes and escalate concerns to protect customers and Nationwide.
