Job summary

Nationwide is seeking a Customer Representative for our Totton, Hampshire branch. This part‑time (24 hours/week) role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences in branch, over the phone, and online.

You’ll support everyday banking moments and help customers use our digital tools, while upholding our branch promise of accessibility and fairness. You’ll join a friendly, local branch team while providing tailored guidance on products and services that fit customer needs.
