Job summary

Nationwide in Rugby is seeking a Customer Representative to support branch customers in person, over the phone, and online. This permanent, part-time role (21 hours/week) covers Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday, with on-site duties and occasional phone support on closure days.

You will handle transactions, answer queries, and guide customers to banking services and digital tools while delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is helpful.
