Job summary

Nationwide is seeking a part-time Customer Representative in Lincoln to support customers in branch, over the phone and online. You’ll handle transactions, answer queries and guide customers to banking services that fit their needs, while upholding our commitment to fair, accessible, high‑quality service.

You’ll join a friendly branch team, delivering trusted guidance and helping customers navigate digital tools to manage their money confidently.

Qualifications

Experience in customer service or service environment preferred.
Ability to explain banking products clearly and support customers with digital tools.
Comfort with in-branch, phone and online interactions.

Responsibilities

Welcome customers into the branch and understand their needs to provide friendly help with banking.
Handle a range of transactions and queries accurately, while prioritising security and fairness.
Guide customers toward suitable banking products and services and help them manage their money.
Work with colleagues to deliver excellent customer service, even at peak times.
Follow processes, spot issues, and escalate where needed to protect customers and Nationwide.
Keep face-to-face banking meaningful and accessible on the high street for customers.
