Job summary

Nationwide in Lincoln, Lincolnshire, is seeking a Customer Representative to support customers in branch, on the phone and online. You’ll help with everyday transactions, answer queries and guide customers to banking services and digital tools that make managing money easier.

The role is permanent and part-time (21-24.5 hours per week, Monday to Saturday) with a pro-rata salary. Training is provided, and there are opportunities to grow with the branch.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and understand their needs to offer trusted help with banking.
• Handle transactions and queries accurately while keeping security and fairness in mind.
• Guide customers to banking products and digital tools to manage money confidently.
• Work with colleagues to deliver excellent service even at peak times.
• Follow processes, spot issues and escalate to protect customers and Nationwide.
• Keep face-to-face banking meaningful and accessible on the high street.
