Job summary

Nationwide in Nottingham is seeking a Customer Representative to support customers in branch, over the phone and online. This permanent part-time role (28 hours per week, Monday to Saturday) focuses on everyday transactions, queries and guiding customers to banking services and digital tools, helping them manage their money with confidence.

You'll be part of a friendly branch team, with training in the first weeks and a commitment to fair, accessible banking.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service helps, banking not required.
• Comfortable helping customers in-branch, on phone and online.
• Able to adapt quickly in a busy branch environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and understand their needs to offer trusted help.
• Process transactions and respond to queries accurately.
