William Hill PLC in Prescot is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our retail team. This part-time role involves welcoming customers, processing bets, and helping customers use betting terminals, while promoting safer gambling.

You will build relationships with customers, provide excellent service, and assist with shop displays, opening/closing tasks, and rota-based shifts from 8am to 10pm. 16 hours per week with opportunities for progression and benefits.

Qualifications

• Age 18+ (it’s a legal requirement)
• Have a passion for delivering great customer service
• Strong interpersonal and empathy skills with the ability to engage with customers from all walks of life
