William Hill PLC in Chorley is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to join our retail team. You will greet customers, process bets, assist with queries, and demonstrate how to use betting terminals.

You’ll build relationships and promote safer gambling while supporting shop operations and opening/closing duties. The role offers varied shifts between 8am–10pm, with rota-based evenings and weekends, plus a range of benefits including annual pay review and bonus, 28 days holiday pro

• Age 18+ (legal requirement).
• Passion for delivering great customer service.
• Strong interpersonal and empathy skills.
