Job summary

Lloyds Northwich is hiring a Customer Support advisor to help customers in-branch with banking needs and digital services. You'll provide reassurance, guidance and practical support during important moments.

You'll start in a branch, handle everyday banking tasks, and learn about the products while remaining calm, empathetic and adaptable. Opportunities to grow within the Group exist.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 months customer service experience.
• Ability to quickly build relationships to give customers a fantastic experience.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and show empathy.
• Willingness to adjust hours to meet changing customer demand.

Responsibilities

• Provide face-to-face support to customers in Lloyds and Halifax branches.
• Handle everyday banking tasks and guide customers through essential services.
• Promote and support digital banking services and help customers use online/mobile banking.
• Recognise opportunities to connect customers with the right products.
• As you grow, progress into other roles across the Group.
