Job summary

Lloyds Banking Group is recruiting a part-time Customer Support advisor in Thurso to help customers face to face across our branch network. You’ll handle everyday banking tasks and support customers through important moments with calm, empathy and guidance.

You’ll promote digital banking, assist with online/mobile usage, and connect customers with the right products. Training and progression opportunities are available within the Group.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months customer service experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Empathetic approach with customers in varied moments.
• Ability to quickly build relationships and provide guidance.

Responsibilities
