Responsibilities

• Take calls from individual, corporate and potential customers related to payments and transfers, transactions and balances, cards, digital support, fraud
• Monitor and support payment monitoring and branch activities with new initiatives
• Provide customer solutions and spot opportunities for the bank
• Handle non-branch based interactions and escalate where necessary
• Operate within the Bank's Risk Management framework and policies and escalate concerns to line manager
