Job summary

Love Success in Manchester is seeking a Temporary Part Time Customer Service Supervisor to lead the day-to-day operations of a contact centre, ensuring excellent customer service and strong team performance. The role is 23.5 hours per week, tailored to Tue-Fri 4pm-8pm and Saturdays 8am-4pm, with an immediate start and a DBS certificate required.

Responsibilities

• Leading, coaching, and developing a team to deliver high-quality service
• Acting as escalation point for complex customer and application queries
