Job summary

Santander Wakefield is seeking a Customer Experience Advisor to join our Retail Banking team. This part-time role at Wakefield Branch involves 21 hours per week on a rota basis, Monday to Saturday between 8am and 6pm.

You’ll help customers with cash transactions, technology support, and guidance on products and services. You’ll be a friendly listener, able to resolve queries, protect customers from fraud, and contribute to a proactive, multi-skilled branch environment.

• Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service in person or by phone (Required)
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs (Required)

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for customers in branch or on the phone
• Assist with day-to-day transactions, queries and servicing
• Answer customer calls into our contact centre
• Build relationships and find solutions for customers
• Develop knowledge of Santander services to help customers
• Identify new ways to improve the customer experience
