Job summary

DPD Group UK in Bristol is recruiting for a customer service advisor to support internal and external customers with parcel collection or delivery. In a fast-paced urban operation, you will work alongside Drivers, Shift Managers and Operations Managers to identify issues and take ownership of resolutions.

Key tasks include answering queries about delivery status and providing Proof of Delivery, carrying out investigations for missing parcels, and promoting DPD products and services to customers.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a fast paced customer service environment.
• Strong communication skills with a confident telephone manner.
• Polite and professional at all times with a willingness to go the extra mile.
• Excellent administration skills with the ability to use Microsoft Office programmes.
• High levels of self-motivation and initiative to effectively problem solve.

Responsibilities

• Answer queries regarding delivery status and provide Proof of Delivery (POD).
• Carry out investigations for missing parcels and resolve delivery disputes.
