Job summary

DPD Group UK is seeking a customer service professional to handle parcel collections and deliveries. You will collaborate with Drivers, Shift Managers and Operations Managers to identify issues and resolve them proactively.

Responsibilities include answering delivery status queries, providing PODs, investigating missing parcels and resolving disputes, while promoting DPD products to customers. A fast-paced environment awaits.

• Proven experience in a fast-paced customer service environment.
• Strong communication skills with a confident telephone manner.
• Polite and professional at all times, willing to go the extra mile.
• Excellent administration skills and ability to use Microsoft Office programmes.
• Demonstrates self-motivation and initiative to solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Answer queries regarding delivery status and provide Proof of Delivery (POD).
• Carry out investigations for missing parcels and resolve delivery disputes.
• Promote company products and services to new and existing customers.
