Job summary

InPost UK is seeking a Field Service Engineer to repair parcel lockers on client sites across the Stoke area. You will diagnose faults, perform maintenance, and configure software to ensure minimal downtime, with occasional travel for training.

You'll work with a team focused on expanding and optimising our UK network, with opportunities to contribute to new locker solutions and technical documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience in field service for electrical/mechanical equipment.
• Ability to diagnose and repair faults with software configuration
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair faults on parcel locker equipment on site.
• Maintain and upgrade hardware and software for reliability.
• Provide technical training and support to staff and subcontractors.
• Create and update technical manuals and documentation.
• Travel to UK and occasional international sites for service and training.
