Job summary

InPost UK is seeking a hands-on Field Service Engineer to repair our parcel lockers on client sites, covering the Sussex patch and nearby areas. The role includes break-fix, maintenance, software configuration, quality control and providing technical support to employees and subcontractors, including international colleagues.

Based in the UK, you will travel to sites, document work, and support development of new locker solutions.

Qualifications

• Field service experience repairing electrical/mechanical equipment.
• Ability to diagnose faults and perform software configuration.
• Excellent communication and training skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair faults in parcel lockers on site.
• Perform hardware and software upgrades to improve reliability.
• Provide training and technical support to staff and subcontractors.
• Maintain technical documentation and manuals.
• Travel to UK sites and occasional international assignments.
