InPost UK is seeking a Field Service Engineer (South London) to repair parcel lockers on client sites, including break-fix, maintenance, software configuration and training for staff and subcontractors. You will develop solutions and maintain technical docs while occasionally visiting Hemel Hempstead.

Expect hands-on work repairing APMs, upgrading hardware and software, and ensuring security compliance. Travel across the UK and international sites may be required, with a focus on the South East

Qualifications

• Proficiency diagnosing and repairing equipment with software configuration and firmware updates.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for complex technical issues.
• Excellent communication skills to provide technical training.

Responsabilités

• Diagnose and repair faults on parcel locker machines on site with minimal downtime.
• Maintain and upgrade hardware and software for reliability and efficiency.
• Install and configure software/firmware, ensure security and compatibility.
• Report on repairs and update technical documentation.
• Manage tools and components; support training for employees and subcontractors.
• Collaborate on developing new locker solutions and manuals.
