Job summary

InPost Ltd. is seeking a hands-on Field Service Engineer to join the Network Health team in the UK. You will repair parcel locker APMs on client sites, perform maintenance and software configuration, and provide technical support and training to employees and subcontractors.

You’ll help develop new solutions and maintain technical documentation. Based near Birmingham, you will cover the patch area with occasional travel to international sites.

Qualifications

• Experience in field service engineering on electrical/mechanical equipment.
• Proficient with hand tools and diagnostic tools (multimeter).
• Ability to diagnose faults, perform repairs and provide technical training.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair faults and malfunctions on site to minimise downtime.
• Maintain and modernise parcel locker machines with hardware and software upgrades.
• Install and reconfigure software/firmware for equipment and ensure security compliance.
• Process and report repairs using internal channels and maintain documentation.
• Manage tools and components for parcel locker machines and support sites.
• Travel to client sites in UK and occasionally internationally for service and training.
