Job summary

InPost UK is seeking a Field Service Engineer to repair parcel lockers on client sites, covering the Cornwall patch with occasional travel. The role includes break-fix, maintenance, software configuration, quality control, and training for staff and subcontractors.

You will be based in Hemel Hempstead for office visits and must operate near Cornwall. A company van is provided for work use, with a 40-hour work week from 8:30 to 5:30.

Qualifications

Experience in field service engineering on electrical/mechanical equipment.
Ability to diagnose and repair faults and perform software configuration.
Proficient with hand tools and diagnostic tools such as multimeters.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair faults on parcel locker machines on site.
Maintain and modernise parcel locker machines with hardware and software upgrades.
Configure firmware and software to ensure security compliance.
Document repairs and report using internal channels.
Manage tools and components for parcel locker machines.
