DPDgroup in Newbury is seeking a proactive Customer Service Advisor to support both internal and external customers with parcel collection or delivery updates. You will work closely with Drivers, Shift Managers and Operations Managers to identify issues, resolve them and take ownership of problems to maintain service levels.

You will handle delivery status queries, provide Proof of Delivery, investigate missing parcels, resolve disputes and promote DPD products and services to customers,

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in a fast paced customer service environment.
• Strong communication skills with a confident telephone manner.
• Polite and professional at all times with a willingness to go the ‘extra mile’ to exceed customer expectations.
• Excellent administration skills with the ability to use Microsoft Office programmes.
• Demonstrate high levels of self-motivation and initiative to effectively problem solve.
