DPDgroup in Birmingham is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to assist customers with parcel collection and delivery. You will work with Drivers, Shift Managers and Operations Managers to identify issues and own resolutions.

You will handle delivery status queries, provide Proof of Delivery, and investigate missing parcels or disputes, using clear communication and a proactive approach.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced customer service environment.
• Strong communication skills and confident telephone manner.
• Polite, professional, and willing to go the extra mile.
• Excellent administration skills with MS Office.
• Self-motivated with proactive problem solving.
• Understand and demonstrate DPD values.
