DPD is hiring a Customer Service Advisor in Oldham on a 6 Month Fixed Term Contract. You will handle delivery-related queries, provide PODs and investigate missing parcels, working closely with drivers and managers to resolve issues.

The role demands clear communication, professionalism, and a proactive problem-solving approach. Ideal candidates will have proven experience in fast-paced customer service, strong admin skills, and the ability to build rapport with customers.
