Qualifications

• Registered with the Health and Care Professionals Council as a paramedic.
• Hold or be working towards an independent prescribing qualification.
• Trained in assessing minor illness/injuries.
• Knowledge of IT and clinical systems.
• Completed two to three years experience as a band 6 paramedic.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and treat patients with undiagnosed conditions.
• Participate in vaccination programmes as appropriate.
• Provide holistic care under the supervision of GPs.
• Conduct home visits to housebound patients.
• Fully document all patient care aspects.
