About the Role: Spray Cell Operative (Ceramics) Wolverhampton, West Midlands

As a Spray Cell Operative, you’ll apply engobe undercoats or glaze finishes to our sinks with the utmost care and attention to detail. Your work ensures the highest quality before they move to the kilns. From preparation to finishing, you’ll play a vital role in our production process.

What You’ll Do:
  • Inspection & Preparation: Meticulously inspect sinks before spraying, ensuring they meet exacting standards.
  • Spraying & Coating: Apply undercoat or glaze with precision, delivering flawless finishes.
  • Organized Workflow: Maintain equipment, return barrels, and ensure a clean workspace for the next shift.
  • Health & Safety: Adhere to safety policies and wear the correct PPE at all times.
  • Continuous Improvement: Follow SOP standards, meet production targets, and communicate material defects or equipment issues to your team leader.
  • Team Support: Contribute to housekeeping and collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
