Job summary
A leading digital marketing agency is looking for a social media campaign manager based in Manchester. You will be responsible for creating and managing paid adverts across platforms like Meta and TikTok, developing strategies, and building strong client relationships. Ideal candidates should have previous experience in paid social, excellent communication skills, and a passion for digital marketing.
Qualifications
- 6-12 months paid social experience preferred.

- Paid adverts – creating paid adverts on a variety of social media channels for clients, including Meta, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok
- Campaign management – social campaign management including reporting and meeting clients to discuss campaign progress.
- Skillset – proven ability to manage client campaigns, create and utilise reports.
- Commitment to learning – you will be undertaking regular paid social training sessions and applying this knowledge to future tasks.
- Strategy and reporting – you will be creating client paid social strategies and reports each month.
- Delivery of work – you will be responsible for the delivery of social media work on your clients.
- Building relationships – we pride ourselves on our level of customer service and the way we work with our clients. Building good relationships with your clients is a key part of your role. You’ll need to have confidence in order to be able to gain an understanding of the client’s business, brand, sector, competitors, and audiences.

Skills:
- Desirable previous experience – 6-12 months paid social experience
- Skills – fundamental paid social experience with training provided.
- Communication – you should be comfortable engaging with clients, conversing with them over the phone and face to face. You should come across as confident and knowledgeable in social media and the strategy you and your supporting team members have set out for them. Your communication skills both written and verbal should be excellent.
- Time management – we use an extremely efficient workflow management tool to assist in time management, but you should also be confident that your workload is manageable and appropriate deadlines are set and met.
- Passion – you should be passionate about digital marketing and want to learn as much about the industry as possible.
