Description

Why Join DAZN?

Joining DAZN in Leeds means working at a global sports streaming business from one of the UK’s fastest-growing digital hubs. You’ll collaborate with smart, passionate people, move quickly, and help connect millions of fans to the sports they love. If you’re excited by performance marketing at scale and the pace of live sport, DAZN Leeds is a great place to grow your career.

The Role:

As a Paid Search Manager (PPC Manager) at DAZN, you’ll be a key member of the Paid Media team within Marketing Operations. You will plan, execute and report on our global customer acquisition strategy across Google Ads and other search platforms, running in-house PPC campaigns across multiple markets and languages. You’ll manage and allocate budgets to hit efficiency targets (e.g., CPA/ROAS) across DAZN’s busy calendar of live sport, and you’ll coach and develop a PPC Executive to deliver consistently high‑quality work.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Own day‑to‑day management of in‑house paid search campaigns across Google Ads and additional search platforms, from set‑up through optimisation and reporting.
  • Build and evolve account structures, keywords, ads, audiences and landing‑page alignment to improve conversion rate and efficiency.
  • Plan, pace and reallocate budgets across markets and key events, optimising against business KPIs such as CPA and ROAS.
  • Lead a structured testing roadmap (ad formats, audience strategies, automation/bidding, and new platform features/betas) and document learnings.
  • Deliver clear weekly/monthly performance reporting, insights and recommendations to stakeholders across the business.
  • Partner with Analytics/BI and Engineering to ensure tracking, measurement and attribution are robust (e.g., GA4, GTM, conversions).
  • Work closely with external partners such as Google (and other platforms) to unlock new features and acquisition opportunities.
  • Coach and manage a PPC Executive: set priorities, review quality, and support development.
What You'll Bring:
  • 3+ years hands‑on PPC / paid search experience managing complex accounts with measurable results.
  • Expert‑level Google Ads capability (Search and related features), with strong fundamentals in account structure and optimisation.
  • Experience with at least one additional search platform or tooling (e.g., Microsoft Advertising, Merchant Center/SA360, scripts/rules).
  • Proven ability to optimise toward commercial KPIs such as CPA and ROAS, and to make budget trade‑offs confidently.
  • Strong analytical and measurement skills (e.g., GA4/GTM, dashboards) with the ability to interpret data, spot trends, and turn insights into actions.
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint (or equivalent), with the ability to communicate performance clearly to stakeholders.
  • Experience operating across multiple markets and languages, coordinating with cross‑functional teams.
  • Experience managing or mentoring a junior team member (or a clear track record of coaching and quality control).
Benefits

Benefits include access to DAZN, 25 days’ annual leave (increasing by 3 days after 3 years), private medical insurance, life assurance, pension contributions up to 5%, family friendly community including enhanced parental leave, electric vehicle benefit option, free access for you and one other to our workplace mental health platform app (Unmind), learning and development resources, opportunity for flexible working, and access to our internal speaker series and events.
