A leading healthcare provider in York is seeking a compassionate band 5 Paediatric Nurse to join their Emergency Department team. Ideal candidates should have a passion for delivering excellent patient-centered care and possess skills in emergency treatment. The position offers opportunities for professional development and is suitable for both experienced nurses and those in training.
We are seeking a compassionate, proactive and caring band 5 Paediatric Nurse to be part of our experienced and established Paediatric Emergency Department Team. We are looking for kind, highly motivated individuals with a passion to provide excellent patient centred care. This post provides the opportunity to learn and develop clinical emergency skills, caring for those with minor injuries and illness as well as those critically unwell.
You will be working in a fast paced environment that has been recognised nationally by a Service Improvement Case Study for providing excellent care to children and young people. All our members of the multidisciplinary team are motivated and take pride in being role models for delivering high standards of care. We continuously strive to achieve an outstanding department creating an environment where our staff are happy, supported and learn every single day alongside our senior nursing team and Paediatric Emergency Department Educator.
