Role Overview

As one of our coaches, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional coaching sessions that spark enthusiasm, build skill, and create lasting connections with players of all ages and abilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, engaging sessions for players of all ages and abilities, inspiring improvement, confidence, and a love for the game.
• Act as an ambassador for The Padel Hub, creating a fun, inclusive, and welcoming environment on and off the court.
• Help run coaching programmes, events, competitions, and social sessions, while working closely with the Hub Manager and team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Build relationships, encourage participation, and retain members through strong communication and people skills.
• Uphold health and safety and safeguarding standards, and stay up to date with modern coaching methods to deliver fresh, high-quality sessions every time.

Qualifications

Ideal candidates will be motivated professionals, ideally qualified through the LTA (Level 1 or Level 2), who bring not just technical knowledge, but energy, creativity, and a genuine passion for helping others fall in love with the sport.
