We are looking for a talented PA and Business Support Officer to join a busy head office team in Derby. This is an exciting opportunity to provide professional executive support to senior leadership while also coordinating day-to-day business operations.

The Role – PA and Business Support Officer

As a PA and Business Support Officer, you will deliver proactive executive assistance and administrative support, ensuring the smooth running of projects, processes, and team operations.

- Manage diaries, coordinate meetings, and arrange travel
- Prepare reports, correspondence, and presentations with accuracy and professionalism
- Support internal communications and organise events and briefings
- Handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality and discretion
- Act as a key liaison between senior leaders, internal teams, and external stakeholders
- Provide cross-departmental support to help keep operations running smoothly

About You

- At least 3 years’ experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Business Support Officer
