Job summary

Heartwood Collection is seeking a meticulous Night Porter to ensure guest safety and smooth overnight operations. The role involves assisting the Night Manager, maintaining cleanliness of public areas, and supporting late check-ins and night audits.

The position offers a flexi contract with a minimum of 30 hours per week, an hourly rate of £14.25, and opportunities for involvement in breakfast prep and handovers. Applicants should be reliable and able to work alone during night shifts.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience as Night Porter or Auditor in hotel/hospitality.
• Reliable and detail-oriented with a focus on safety and guest care.
• Able to work independently during night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Night Manager to ensure guest safety and overnight operations.
• Perform cleaning duties and maintain property standards.
• Handle late check-ins, early check-outs and reservation checks.
• Support night audits, including fire, health & safety and security checks.
• Prepare for breakfast service and provide shift handovers.
• Follow emergency procedures, including fire evacuations.
