Job summary

Heartwood Collection is seeking a meticulous Night Manager to oversee overnight guest care and property operations. You will ensure safety, health and safety standards, and maintain public area cleanliness during night hours.

Key duties include handling late check-ins, night audits, handovers to management, and coordinating breakfast prep while maintaining high standards across the estate. Join a growing group with expansion plans and a strong team-centric culture.

Qualifications

• You’re responsible, reliable, and have a keen eye for details.
• Well-organised and able to work with systems and communicate effectively.
• Have the ability to work alone and solve problems independently.
• 1-2 years experience as a Night Manager in a hotel or hospitality setting.

Responsibilities

• Handle late guest check-ins, early check-outs, and room allocations/upgrades through the PMS.
• Perform night audits, including fire, health and safety, security, and compliance checks; collaborate and hand over with the Management Team.
• Ensure breakfast service preparation is completed and provide a thorough shift handover.
• Manage cleaning duties and oversee property cleanliness and standards.
• Evacuate the property in case of fire alarm activation, following company procedures.
