Job summary

Heartwood Collection is seeking a meticulous Night Porter to safeguard guests and maintain the property during overnight hours. You will assist the Night Manager, perform cleaning tasks, handle late check-ins, and contribute to nightly audits while ensuring health, safety, and security standards are met.

The role requires 1–2 years of relevant experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently when managers are off.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience as a Night Porter or Auditor in a hotel or hospitality setting.
• Meticulous, reliable and detail-oriented.
• Able to learn systems and audits for overnight operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Night Manager to ensure guest safety and smooth overnight operations.

As a Night Porter at Heartwood Collection, you'll assist in the safety and well-being of our guests during overnight stays and maintain the smooth operation of the property outside key trading hours. You’ll be key in delivering exceptional guest care, and ensuring that health & safety standards are met. Also, be responsible for the cleanliness of the public areas.

Key Responsibilities:

About You:

• You’re responsible, reliable, and have a keen eye for details

• Have the ability to work alone when night managers are off
