Job summary

Heartwood Collection is seeking a Night Porter to support overnight guest care and property operations at its Lewes location. You will assist in safety, health standards, cleaning of public areas, and handling late check-ins and audits during the night shift.

The role requires 1–2 years of Night Porter/ Auditor experience in a hotel setting, strong reliability, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Flexi contract, min 30 hours, £14.25 per hour, on-site.

Night Porter

As a Night Porter at Heartwood Collection, you'll assist in the safety and well-being of our guests during overnight stays and maintain the smooth operation of the property outside key trading hours. You’ll be key in delivering exceptional guest care, and ensuring that health and safety standards are met. Also, be responsible for the cleanliness of the public areas.

About You

• You’re responsible, reliable, and have a keen eye for details
• Well-organised and able to learn systems and audits for overnight
• Have the ability to work alone when night managers are off
• 1-2 years of experience as a Night Porter/ Auditor in a hotel or hospitality setting
