Job summary

Starling Bank in Southampton is hiring a Customer Service Team Member to be the first point of contact for customers, delivering timely, helpful support across phone, email, live chat and social media.

The role includes night shifts, hybrid working, and an initial 5-week training in the office, with ongoing in-office one shift per fortnight then remote. Starting salary £28,000, with opportunities to grow as you help customers navigate our digital banking experience.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Basic IT skills to navigate laptops and systems.
