Job summary

Starling Bank is seeking a Customer Service Team Member to join our Southampton team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling queries by phone, email, live chat and social media with a focus on delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

We offer hybrid working and comprehensive training, with evenings shifts of 25 hours per week and start dates rolling from November to January.

• Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, live chat and social media.
• Showing ownership and accountability for offering solutions that help and benefit our customers.
• Maintaining high standards and continually striving to improve the service for our customers.
• Responding to customer complaints and escalating issues as necessary.

Responsibilities
