Starling Bank is seeking a Customer Service Team Member in Southampton. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling queries across phone, email, live chat and social media with a strong focus on fast, friendly and effective solutions.

The role offers hybrid working after a short in-office training period and starts with a salary of £22,400 (based on £28,000 FTE). We value exceptional customer service, resilience and the ability to adapt to a fast-changing environment.
