Job summary

Epsom and St Helier Hospitals is recruiting an Outpatients Clinic Co-ordinator (Band 3) on a fixed-term 12-month contract, full time 37.5 hours per week, based at St Helier Hospital and Epsom General Hospital.

You will greet patients and visitors, manage appointment bookings, support telephone and video consultations, direct patients to diagnostics, and ensure data entry and admin tasks are completed accurately each day.

Qualifications

• GCSE English and Maths
• Business and Administration Level 3 NVQ
• Customer Service Training

Responsibilities

• Provide efficient reception service
• Greet patients and visitors professionally
• Manage appointment bookings and follow-ups
• Direct patients to departments for tests
• Ensure data entry and admin tasks are completed daily
