Job summary

East Cheshire NHS Trust is seeking an organised, proactive leader to join the Outpatient Management Team. You will support the smooth delivery of outpatient services, oversee booking and admin teams, and ensure clinics run effectively with timely patient appointments.

You will lead rotas, training, and staff development while contributing to planning, performance monitoring and cost improvements across clinic locations.

Qualifications

• Experience leading booking/administration teams in healthcare settings.
• Strong ability to coordinate staff rotas and monitor workload.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the booking and administrative teams.
• Coordinate rotas and ensure staff training and support to agreed standards.
• Manage appointment capacity, waiting lists and clinic changes promptly.
