Job summary

Qualifications

• Front-line outpatient reception and scheduling experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organisation skills required.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with care.

Responsibilities

• The first point of contact for arranging patients' first outpatient appointment, including translation/interpretation facilities.
• Manage waiting lists to ensure patients are booked in order of clinical priority.
• Attend to all communications (emails daily) and assess content to determine the appropriate course of action for the consultant/clinical team.
