You will book new appointments by phone and electronic channels, coordinate translations when needed, and manage subsequent communications with patients and GP practices.

You will operate within a large multidisciplinary team at Rouen Road, upholding NHS values and delivering high-quality, patient-centered care with a focus on safe and compassionate

Responsabilidades

• The first point of contact for arranging patients' first outpatient appointment including translation/interpretation facilities.
• Managing waiting lists to ensure patients are booked in order of clinical priority.
• Attend to all communications, e.g. emails daily; assess content to determine the appropriate course of action and prioritise the consultant’s/clinical team’s attention.
