Job summary

Norfolk and Norwich University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly organised Waiting List Co-ordinator/Patient Pathway Validator to support the management of the Gynaecology waiting list and patient pathways. You will schedule appointments, validate pathways and maintain accurate patient records across clinical teams.

You will work with consultants, theatre scheduling staff and patient access services, delivering high quality administrative support within our PRIDE values and NHS

Qualifications

• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Good IT skills and willingness to learn NHS IT systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage waiting lists, liaising with patients and clinicians.
• Coordinate diagnostic/therapeutic procedures and appointments.
