Outbound Telesales Agent

Location: Birmingham (hybrid after the first few weeks)
Hours: Full-Time, Monday‑Friday, 9am‑5pm
Contract: Temporary to Permanent

Are you confident, outgoing, and comfortable speaking to people on the phone? You don't need previous telesales experience, just the confidence and motivation to get on the phone and have conversations.

We're recruiting an Outbound Telesales Agent to join a busy, energetic sales office in Birmingham. Our client is a specialist telecoms provider, experiencing continued growth and looking for enthusiastic individuals who are eager to learn and succeed.

The Role
  • Making outbound calls to potential business customers
  • Speaking confidently about telecoms solutions (full training provided)
  • Building rapport and engaging decision‑makers over the phone
  • Working towards achievable targets in a fast‑paced sales environment
  • Updating customer records and call outcomes accurately
What We're Looking For
  • Confidence and a willingness to pick up the phone (this is key)
  • A positive, resilient attitude and strong communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a busy office and target‑driven environment
  • Previous telesales or call centre experience is beneficial but not essential
  • Backgrounds in retail, hospitality, customer service, or similar are welcome
