Marmon Lift Recruitment Ltd in Bradford is seeking an experienced Outbound Sales Representative to join a growing sales team. You will handle warm enquiries, convert leads into sales, and book appointments, with a strong focus on achieving targets.

The role offers £28,000 basic salary plus commission, with optional overtime and opportunities to progress into a larger telesales role. Mondays to Fridays, 9am-5pm, office-based.

Qualificações

• Proven telesales, telephone sales or appointment-setting experience with a strong conversion record.
• Excellent communication and rapport-building skills.
• Confidence handling objections and negotiating towards a sale.
• Organised with CRM experience and ability to work independently.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, converting warm leads into completed sales.
• Follow up with customers who have quotes and haven’t proceeded.
• Identify needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Upsell warranties and services where appropriate.
• Book appointments and generate further sales opportunities.
• Maintain CRM records and follow-up activity.
• Work towards and exceed sales targets.
